Revamp Custom Films was founded by our family out of a passion for customization, craftsmanship, and bringing new life to the things people value most. We believe every project—whether it's a vehicle, home, business, or custom sign—is an opportunity to create something unique while delivering quality that lasts.
After proudly serving five years on active duty in the United States Navy, our founder returned home to Southern Utah to raise his two daughters and pursue a lifelong dream of building a family business. Today, he continues to serve in the Navy Reserve while leading Revamp Custom Films with the same values of integrity, discipline, and attention to detail that military service instilled in him.
With the support of family and the community that helped shape him, Revamp Custom Films was created to provide professional window tint, paint protection film, vinyl wraps, custom graphics, signage, and architectural film solutions throughout Southern Utah.

ElRoy is the founder and lead installer at Revamp Custom Films, where precision, craftsmanship, and attention to detail are at the core of every project. As a U.S. Navy veteran with five years of active-duty service and a current member of the Navy Reserve, he brings the same discipline, integrity, and commitment to excellence to every installation.
ElRoy takes pride in delivering clean, professional results that are built to last. He believes every customer deserves honest communication, exceptional workmanship, and a finished product that exceeds expectations.
Outside the shop, ElRoy enjoys spending time with his wife and two daughters, getting creative with his own vehicles, and working on project cars. His passion for the automotive world extends far beyond the job—it’s what inspired Revamp Custom Films and continues to drive the quality and care behind every installation.
